What does sourceMLS do for MLSs?

As stewards of the highly-valuable listing database, the MLS is often the place where broker members and their agents look for guidance on data syndication issues. The sourceMLS initiative was created by the Council of Multiple Listings Services (CMLS) to help MLSs and their leadership highlight the value of source data and become a greater advocate for their broker members.

Through the sourceMLS badge, MLSs establish a brand for their quality data and build back some confidence among local brokers as they navigate a complex online syndication environment.
