What does sourceMLS do for Brokers?

MLS was founded on principles of data cooperation. To be effective, a broker must be confident that the data entering a MLS system has passed a strict filter of quality control. The sourceMLS initiative brings this long-held dedication to quality and timeliness beyond the MLS and extends it to the consumer as well.

By displaying the sourceMLS badge on their listings, a broker informs their clients that they’re viewing Real Listings; data that’s passed a rigorous test and therefore stands out from any other information on the Internet.

How can my brokerage adopt the sourceMLS initiative?
